Kar quoted in Post-Gazette on power grid research
ECE Assistant Research Professor Soummya Kar has been quoted in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on a collaboration between a CMU research team, of which Kar is the principal scientist, CMU spinoff Aquion Energy, and the Department of Energy. According to Kar, solar farms have the potential to meet our energy needs, but solar itself is very volatile. Read more.
