Bio

Dawn earned an Associate's Degree in Travel & Tourism from Wilma Boyd Travel School and joined United Airlines based out of Washington Dulles Airport. As many do, Dawn returned back to Pittsburgh as a Corporate Meeting Coordinator for the H.J. Heinz Company. She began her career at Carnegie Mellon University in January of 2011 in the Office of Student Leadership, Involvement, and Civic Engagement (SLICE). In 2017, Dawn was an Andy Award nominee in the category of Commitment to Students.  She is the proud mom of identical twin boys and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, watching football (especially cheering on her sons who play for the Presidents at Washington & Jefferson), gardening and reading.
