Koopman to speak at PAAV Summit 2018
Philip Koopman will be the kickoff keynote speaker at the Pennsylvania Automated Vehicle (PAAV) Summit 2018. The PAAV Summit focuses on local planning and development, workforce education and training, and safety as it relates to the continued development of automated vehicle (AV) technology. Koopman will focus his talk on the safety-related questions regulators should be asking AV companies, like “how will your simulations actually predict real-world safety?” The PAAV Summit 2018 will be held in Pittsburgh on April 9-10.
